With the all the social media noise everywhere, it may seem hard to get your posts noticed by your ideal client. But don’t you worry, this blog will give you some helpful tips that will grab the attention of your ideal client. Yes, I know that it may seem hard to fathom that your social media content could reach your ideal client, but trust me with a little help, you’ll be on your way…Scout’s honor.
Let’s jump right on in, you have to create content that’s creative, witty, playful, and yes, you’ll need to be an expert at something. Well, we’re all experts at something! When I say being an expert, I don’t mean that you need a degree from Harvard to talk about a topic or a product that you’re trying to sell. I’m saying that you have to know how to connect to your ideal client. For instance, if you’re creating content for a Facebook post, maybe try and create content that spotlights your client and how your services/products help ease a pain point for them.
If you really want to get your clients liking your post, get into their world, find that place or thing that would show them that you’re relative and you can be trusted. Let’s say that you’re a complete foodie and you like trying out new restaurants in your city. Talk about that in your post, but make sure that your post connects to your business while being a great read for your potential client.
To give you that extra boost when connecting to your clients in the social media world, you can also try the live video feature available on Facebook and Twitter. It’s a great way to do live Q&A segments with clients, and it’s a good way to sell your products or services.
Another great way to keep the interaction going is to get on Instagram and snap pics of new activities or new business ventures that you’re doing. Remember that you’ll want to use images that will get you the traction that you want.
These are only a few tools to get you started! If you want to learn more about how to grab the attention of your ideal client, meet me at the Focus on Entrepreneurs Conference April 27-28, 2017 at the Wyndham Grand Resort, Clearwater Beach. You can buy your tickets here.
