Throughout her thirty years of committed, results-driven leadership Jan established a winning track record in the Medical Device industry. She built and led numerous productive and cohesive teams that consistently exceeded their sales & business objectives.

But Jan believes the tangible results aren’t everything. Being a leader is an honor and a gift. Leaders impact their team members’ lives in ways beyond their daily business. They affect the confidence and self-esteem of their reports. Leaders influence how their employees treat others and often affect the way they behave at home.

It is Jan’s mission to help company leaders recognize that their “human capital” is their number one asset. Through mindful and intentional leading, they guide others to surpass their business goals and better themselves personally.

Her career began in medical practice management software sales with Harris Lanier. She then transitioned to pharmaceutical sales with Lederle Labs for five years & to hospital sales at Kimberly-Clark where she was promoted to marketing & senior product manager. Jan joined a startup company, MedPool, developing & selling web based communications and contracting services to the medical industry.

One of her key customers, Medtronic, asked her to join their team as National Accounts Director. After three years, St. Jude Medical approached Jan to join their sales organization as Director of Corporate Accounts earning President’s Club. She was promoted to the role of Senior Director of Corporate Accounts responsible for leading account managers in contracting over $1 billion across five business sectors; while at St. Jude, Jan also served as Senior Director South Atlantic Cardiovascular Division.

Most recently, Jan led Spectranetics’ Southeast Lead Management Division to triple years of back to back double-digit growth. She hired & integrated her entire team and represented the sales organization in strategic planning for talent acquisition company-wide.

Through her multiple roles, Jan has recruited, interviewed, hired and developed a large number of highly successful medical device & pharmaceutical representatives employing the tactics & processes that are integrated into programs offered by In2itive Training Solutions, Inc. Many have gone on to hire and lead successful teams in their careers.

It is Jan’s desire to help leaders take their skills and practices to the next level. To lead with intention and intuition.

Jan is a graduate of the Florida State University with a BA degree in Business/Communications and a minor in English.

Her love of sun and sea has recently brought her back to Florida. Jan enjoys boating, beach walking and playing golf in her free time.

She is a wife of 27 years and a mother of two awesome Millennials.
