Tom joins the Symplicity team as a Senior Partner and co-Leader of Symplicity U.S. Operations.
From a career that spans over thirty-five years, Tom has developed a blended methodology of Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management, together with solid project management discipline and Executive Coaching, which results in skillful remediation of troubled organizations, as well as successful launch of new enterprises.
Tom has delivered Process Excellence consulting services to a cross-section of industries in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia, including U.S and allied governments and military, entertainment and tourism, hospitality, manufacturing, shipbuilding, health care, and technology. His clients have included the U.S. Department of Defense, National Science Foundation, Textron, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, CarVal, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Shaw Group, as well as the Ministry of Defense for the Republic of Turkey, and Canadian Department of Naval Defense, to name a few.

Tom is recognized as an engaging speaker, facilitator and mentor. He earned a B.S. with honors in Industrial Technology from the University of Maine. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a certified Project Management Professional, and a certified Executive and Life Coach.
